Perry Homes Interior Paint

I have a Perry Home townhouse that was built in 1999. Does anyone know

what the color of the interior walls are that Perry used? It's a neutral sand color

that I am sure was used in all their homes.

On the spec selection sheet it says the color is "diplomat."

It's a Monarch brand paint. Their shop on Westheimer should be able to tell you the exact color.
