EastEnd Susan
On XP I could just right click a photo and a bar with colors and paint brush would pop up no such luck on Vista. I want to upload a pic of my house and change the exterior colors to see what looks best. Any help would be appreciated. I tried paint . net but it will only let me scan a photo into it not just insert one from my picture folders.

sevfiv
A little late here, but I second GIMP - when I stopped using windows and lost Photoshop, it was the open-source alternative and I am pretty impressed with it...

So much to do. I still can't figure our how to rope off a section and FILL it with color. Well, back to the tutorials.
