kjb434
I suggested lower end condo pricing for a high-rise tower. Lets say $180-220k for a one bedroom in a high-rise. Fairly reasonable compared to what is on the Houston market today.

I am not sure if they will end up going through with it, but I believe the original incantation was scrapped for something that was slightly lower priced. Which I believe also included a tower redesign (sadly).
kjb434
Well, they do own the site for the Monaco. It's where there Houston office is located for all their developments in the region. If all else fails, they'll build one of their mid-rises there.
