The mound or hill rather was formed decades ago and no bridge ever came through. Someone stated in another topic that a freeway was to go down Lawndale? or perhaps just end there as you exited off 225 coming from Paserdener? Why of all places did they have to place right where that beautiful theater stood. Grrr. That empty paved lot has been used as a driving test ground for Drivers Ed students (or was). Hard to imagine an actual park there? Could you clarify if this is the spot you speak of? Quote
