I saw one of the billboards before taking the downtown destinations exit on i-10. I think the other one might have been off of 290.oh.......................nevermind ! E-Bay I imagine, shuh. I checked e-bay. No luck. But they aren't illegal to own or use...although I'd suspect that you'd have to practice discretion with their use. I could pratice behind the Villa De Matel Convent wooded area. Plenty of dead oaks available of course.
