Legal Dumping/Disposing Of Patio Bricks And Concrete

Recommended Posts

Anyone know of somewhere near the heights that I can take a few hundered pounds of broken concrete blocks and patio bricks to to drop it off for free? I have a bunch from tearing up part of an old patio in my back yard and I'd like it gone sooner than later...

Thanks...

As Musicman mentioned, the Cherry Demo site on the South Loop is a great place to dispose of your broken up concrete. We broke up a pathway and then dumped it there. They have pretty good weekend hours, too.

Concrete has really gone up in value. :o It seemed to have almost tripled in price $$$ since last time we had some brought in about 2 years ago.

PS,

Watch out for shingles on the streets left from heavy trash pick up, still have many nails laying around.
