AJXterra
Anyone know of somewhere near the heights that I can take a few hundered pounds of broken concrete blocks and patio bricks to to drop it off for free? I have a bunch from tearing up part of an old patio in my back yard and I'd like it gone sooner than later...Thanks...

travelguy_73
As Musicman mentioned, the Cherry Demo site on the South Loop is a great place to dispose of your broken up concrete. We broke up a pathway and then dumped it there. They have pretty good weekend hours, too.

It seemed to have almost tripled in price $$$ since last time we had some brought in about 2 years ago. PS, Watch out for shingles on the streets left from heavy trash pick up, still have many nails laying around.
