It gives a much more "family friendly" feel than a typical mall, and has not seemed to attract mall-type loiterers (at least not when I've been there.) I do believe that the open-air nature of The Grand will help reduce the whole loitering element and mitigate some of the usual mall effects. I think there is already a Chinese restaurant in Gardens at Westgreen.Yep, and it is named after some other guy named CHANG, go figure !
