moni
Texas-El Paso Miners vs New Mexico State Aggies, 6pm tonight @ Aggie Stadium. Annual Battle of the Interstate and the Miners are favored to win.Our local Las Cruces Sun-News has a special wrap-around section covering all aspects of this game. El Paso's KVIA has a video of the local Friday night high school games and a mention of the I-10 rivalry . Something interesting from the "other" side of the State.http://www.kvia.com/Global/category.asp?C=...p;nav=menu193_4 Edited September 15, 2007 by moni

moni
Y'all lost!?! Way to represent the conference. Thanks for nothing.Yes, NMSU won the I-10 rivalry and now have bragging rights for a whole year! Actually, El Paso media had said that NM was a 6 point favorite, but the NM media just wanted a win, period.

Wowza!I don't know how you can proudly drive your maroon Honda with a schedule like that. Look for Miami to hand you your hat this Thursday. fromsc2tx
Big 12. Yawn. The latest conference to join the ranks of the other creampuff conferences (Pac 10, Big East, MAC, WAC, CUSA). Big 10 is on the verge of following suit. The SEC is where it's at. Hell, I prefer the ACC even!
plumber2
I went to a Miners game when I was working in El Paso several years back. I froze my East Texas butt off in that stadium.
