At some point a 3rd bedroom, large utility room, and two additional baths were added to the house. A lot of additional footage not included on HCAD figure. A buyer will have to verify independently the square footage, but it looks like there is easily at least 500 more than HCAD.The colors in the house are great, but for some reason they are "off" in the pictures.
