Original Timmy Chan's
George - Can you explain the significance of this decision for those of us who are not in the know?Basically it means that 41 acres will be developed at some point in the future. The MUD will provide water and sewer service to the tract while collecting property taxes from the tract. Without the MUD, the land would be much more difficult to develop, and much less likely to develop.
brerrabbit
I read this article yesterday and was totally confused at the time. They gave the location as 288 and CR 59 then said it was adjacent to Golfcrest Country Club and Green Tee subdivision. I noticed they have since taken that out of the story, but if you read the first reader comment at the bottom of the linked page you will see that guy's confusion as well. Georgefishman
http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/nb/pea...ws/5032052.htmlI cannot answer it better than the other gentleman that already did. These lines will run from the termination point of the CBL mall South to CR 59. The city is pushing Office/Professional in that area.G
