Good god, downtown is on fire

Looks great! I'll say unfortunately, for now, that this high street and RO district have virtually no connectivity. This and ROD blow high street out of the water, which I think was a major disappointment.
Anton Oaks is getting squeezed on all sides which is fine by me!

It looks like the low-rise portion of that rendering may be a re-hab of the existing shopping strip along Sage, with the hotel being added on the current surface lot at the corner of Sage and Alabama.
This. I had noticed much of the shops there have started to vacate the past couple of weeks

Finally!!!
300k is a lot of buildings, especially if it does not contain another tower.

Looks a lot like skanska in uptown. I actually really like the color of the glass on that one.

So is the pipe replacement the first phase of westheimer improvements? I wish they could go all the way to Bagby

True, but the model is just crude foam, nothing detailed.
I am not an architect, so I can't say for sure, but with that kind of model I'd think it's more conceptual...at this point.

It is S Post Oak and Tilbury.
Tilbury being the street just north of the buildings that curve.

A new definition of "Inside the Loop"
Would be cool to have all of it tunneled!

I used to always park there with my Dad as a kid when we would go Christmas shopping.
Over the years, it slowly came our own parking lot haha.
About 2 weeks ago I went to the Galleria and just because I was closest to that entrance, I decided to park in the bottom floor. It is actually to the point that is it gross. The escalators are not only not on, they have crap all over them...needless to say this is WAY past due.

Too add to this general area on Voss behind Kroger there is a big parking garage being built, can only assume it's another apt complex. Any leads?

Just drove by, looks so strange and I never realized how big a plot of land this is.

I gladly welcome new movie theaters! I hate the marquee and Edwards greenway is just a little out of the way.

Lots of retail, nice.
The rendering of the park over the freeway kind of looks like 59. It would be cool if two blocks worth was converted to a park.
It is definitely KW Park in Dallas over Woodall Rogers. The red opera house gives it away.

Looks like they have relocated sales center to San Felipe or at least have a sign there. Says only 22 units remain. How many were being built?
It is at San Felipe west of Post Oak

Wow I love it!!!
Reminds me of the "Upscale Hotel" proposed way back for BLVD Place, but bigger..I think.
Nice find!

That is all I could ask for! Parking in back of course.

If the W hotel Dallas and BBVA on Post Oak had a baby this building would be the result.

And we thought the traffic would be bad at Exxon. This looks nice but that would be a disaster considering there is basically one entering point.

I think the base of the crane has already been assembled. The foundation of this is really cool to see, it's massive! It's kinda hard to grasp a 40 story building in the area.

No complaints about that huge apartment being built INSIDE their neighborhood...

These are the same blocks where Milhaus(?) was planned correct?
Pretty risky location IMO. Personally I wouldn't want to walk from that apt to bagby area or vice versa at night.
