I agree that this will be a nice place to walk in, but I am worried that that won't matter much, given how annoying of a place it seems like it will continue to be to walk to...

You have to remember that they aren't building this for the general public to picnic , jog, or nap in , but a place of serenity and beauty to stimulate research scientist and medical professionals who will actually populate this project. Just like the Houston Endowment's new building. For some reason everyone thinks they should have the run of these places. Have you ever tried to get into the office buildings downtown. They have security and are fairly restrictive to who they let enter.

  2. Thats a little misleading when you say next year, because there are only 25 days in 2022.

I seemed to have seen somewhere that it will be early in the new year. This has been a very well run project so far and I think that anyone who is complaining should just think about some of the projects we've watched over the years take two and three times as long as originally projected. If you haven't been out to see what has already been accomplished you need to go admire what has been an incredible transformation. Look back just 5 years ago when the park had lost thousands of trees. It will be well worth the wait.

  3. Thats the Christmas decorations. They were beautiful last year! I highly recommend taking a walk along this new Christmas trail which will lead to the POST, for a great view of downtown all lit up, and something good to eat and drink!

    Cheers!
