That sign definitely deserves better than blank townhouse walls as a backdrop.  The whole time they were building those I had hope there would be some landscaping that would keep the two entities separate but obviously I was in fantasy-land.  However, the fact they plopped them there behind this 'iconic' sign is intrinsically Houston. Maybe it should just stay as it is.

My brother recently started working for a contractor that designs/constructs a lot of the 'guts' (internal workings) of multi-family projects around the country (many of which here in town) and this is one that they are on (also Aris Market Square and Skyhouse to name a few).  I'll try to pass along info on this one (and others) as it comes to me.

Looks to be in the same place to me.  Just phrased "unread content" now.

It also looks like they poured concrete at the Alexan today as well.

I don't work in the construction industry, but I have 20:20 eyesight.  There is significant activity on the sight right now.  There is NO reason to think this project is dead.

They're actually digging up the piers they drilled previously as this project is dead.  Urbannizer, go ahead and move this to Houston potential.
