    No offense , but is having stores built in pearland a big thing to your area. I mean the HEB Plus and the Ashley Furniture (COME ON!) not trying to be rude, but that's just my honest opinion I mean every third topic is about pearland maybe it should have its own forum Just kidding, but you get where im coming from.

    Yall know where the (office depot is still there) old mervyns used to be i n front of the mall,well, steve and barry's is there now and a ross coming soon. Also, Southmore Int is being moved and rebuilt and bobby shaw middle school(very modern) is buing built in its field.

    well as some of you know, mervyns closed BUT! STEVE&BARRYS moved in to the north side of mervyns and there's a sign reading " ROSS COMING SOON" which, of course will move into the west side of the mervyns. I do hope they put that landmark to good use

    I couldn't agree more, they not only plan to find a use for the 1st Pasadena State Bank Bldng. ,but they are expanding the central library and building a new police department. Plus, pisd. is a national model school district of 08. The north side is slowly transforming itself, but give it time and it wont be a dump as some of you like to refer it to.
