Spring days will not be the same again in Houston. Guess we'll just have to ask those involved in the creation of Winlow Westheimer to create another one for us. This should be interesting...anyone know who designed Winlow?

that is a shame...the city could stand to see more color. it was refreshing to see something different rather than the same neutral conservative colors. if i remember right, the community sold out pretty quick.

as mentioned above, at $70/sq.ft. you could build a nice house (including hardwoods, granite tops, grohe fixtures) but that does not include the contractors fee of 15%+. To have this density downtown would be great...but rather than having 8 bars in a row down main street, you need cafes, delis, produce stores, pharmacies, bakeries, etc
