    Just noticed today that they put a sign up for another 75,000sf 4-story building to be built at Gessner and beltway 8. It's scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.

    Looks like they're naming the whole center Willowbrook Pavilions. Can't wait till it's open!!!

    I know exactly what you're talking about. I've noticed that they put a picture up for this project. How soon before they start? Also, it looks like there will be a parking garage (I'm not sure).

    It should be completed at least by fall '07. If anything they'll probably open the finished section first. The thing I'm worried about is the tenant list. It's taking FOREVER!!!

    La centerra is pretty nice, but it's a lot smaller than it looks in the video. Hopefully phase 2 will be bigger and better. Will this interfere with the simon mall development though (THE GRAND)?

    What size building is that office which will be built between Gessner and Windfern? Are you talking about the land with the fencing surroundings?

    I recommend ROCK CREEK. It's nice. The surrounding neighborhoods are all similar looking. If you want something more distinct, go with Rock creek (actual custom homes). Either settle for an average home or splurge all the way! There's really no in between.

    Definitely CHAMPIONS/WILLOWBROOK!!! Really nice area, but know one knows it YET!!!

    I was passing along the beltway today and noticed that some construction has started next to the ICONbank on Gessner. Anyone know what this will be? Also, they cleared some land between Gessner and Windfern next to Innova electronics. Any clue? I also noticed a sign put up between Fallbrook and West Rd. with a picture of some plans of some really huge looking buildings (pretty cool). Does anyone know? thanks...

    Finally! The sign for redevelopment has been up for about 2 years now. What are they planning to do with the current tenants?

    The website was just updated. Looks like Vintage Park will be getting The Tasting Room, Max's Wine Drive, and Eminence Fine Furniture. Just hope the Vintage can get Crate & Barrel and all the other stores shown on their renderings.

    Passed by earlier. The townhomes will be built by Portrait homes. There also a picture of how the townhomes will look like. It's not so great as I expected.

    It sucks for the people who live in Lakes on Eldridge and Twin lakes. Both are very decent communities and both are zoned to Cy-Ridge. Cy-Ridge really isn't that bad of a school. Overall Cy-fair ISD is one of the best school district in the Houston area PErIoD!!!

    I think it's the same project. I believe the sign reads "Chateaux Raveneaux."

    I've noticed the sign also. The project looks interesting. It would definitely fit with the area, but I don't know if they will ever build the highrise. Does anyone know?

    Does anyone know what is going on over by Cypresswood Drive? I drove by today and noticed that there was construction going on on both sides of the street. It's right before the intersection where Cypresswood and Schroeder meet (by the Perry's Steakhouse). Just Curious... :closedeyes:

    sorry, it is an outlet (Duh! Premium Outlets). I just didn't know that CH had an outlet.

    Are you guys sure that this is going to be an outlet. Does Carolina Herrera have an outlet? Or Tumi, Burberry, etc... The Disney Store specifically noted that is was a Disney Outlet, but the other stores did not show any signs of being an outlet store. The tenant list is GREAT!!! About time! Is the list set for sure or is it just plans? Thanks.

    The Eddie Bauer in Willowbrook just recently closed. I think Vintage Park will be getting one also. The funny thing is it's only 3 miles away from the mall.

    Looks like they already started expanding Methodist Willowbrook. How much more are they planning on building. The parking lot doesn't look like it can hold much more, and what about parking spaces that this new section is taking up?

    I agree too. Rice village looks really worn out. This new look will definitely bring more attention to the area.

    The outlet isn't getting a pottery barn is it? The Northwest area could really use a Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Z Gallerie, West Elm, Anthropologie etc..... You have to drive so far just to shop at these places.

    The stores listed are better than the current stores at katy mills. it's definitely a good location for outlets. They won't have any problems with not having enough consumers. The area is saturated with new communities.
