Hi there, I am developing a new Oklahoma urban forum. I know OKC Talk and Tulsa Now exist as great places to go and talk about the urbane environs in Oklahoma. But this is a 100% urban forum. Whereas the other two are just bits and pieces of an urban forum. The site

Good for them.
Buckhead is simply a self sufficient suburb of Atlanta. God knows I would get flamed off the site if I came and posted pics of Edmond, OK.
There is nothing special about Buckhead... besides the cool name!

I've been here for a few months I think... I am an on and off member w/ waaaay too many things to do these days.
-
Buckhead is not even as impressive as Uptown Dallas or OKC for Pete's sakes!
Borrrring.... is correct!
-
Yes, I am also hoping that the forum does well. I have my fingers crossed for rjlevins on this.

Hey, I just wanted to let people know that there is a new Austin forum, here is the URL of it.
C'ya there! (no, I am not the webmaster of it)

Looks like we got told by the deoderant company...

Actually I think those surveys are just trying to punish conservative cities. Isn't it fishy that only Vancouver seems good enough these days?
Also, you won't find one well known conservative city on many of those lists.
But that is just my flawed rant. Gimme a few days to develop it, since it is brand new from me.

Gosh, these are phenominal!
Great pic of Rice in the beginning.

Yes but I asked for links.
@ Editor: Yeah, I live in one of those towns.

Ummn... isn't HISD's Barbara Bush Elementary supposed to be the second best in the state? And that new Westside High is also impressive. That's why I voted HISD.

Sorry, I can't post images properly with Tinypic.com on this site for some reason...
Wow. So you are AbercrombieDude... and HollisterDude. All in one, eh? Now I could of sworn those were my two sons' names...

I was wondering what sources have deemed Houston, or a Houston suburb as one of North America's most liveable cities?
I was looking for threads in the Sugarlands and Woodlands/Conroe forum and I guess they got pruned.
-
Darn. I missed it when I was in town a few weeks ago (4, to be exact).
-
Oooh... I am in the middle of a nasty bout of to be Dallas v.s. Houston, now am I?
-
Sorry, I meant that as a kidding reply to Sooner and Rice grad.
I haven't been on in awhile... I apoligize. Life has wrapped me up, lol. I was taken aback when I did see that though, reassured when I saw your explanation though. Good one. Ha!
Not True Though.

Give it up. The American Riveria is and has always been California.

I sure wouldn't minda vacation in Houston. Beats the hell outta Oklahoma City.
-
I do not use it, but one of my friends says it is the best thing that has ever happened to him. What is funny is that it sometimes does not let you type in a text box. Besides that I would have it by now.
Cheerio!

You mean the mosque that was once a cathedral? Yup. That's a winner.
