It's planned for N Main up to Airline currently.
There is a major lane reduction planned for 43… I just want I nice garden oaks bike connection to the heights! Although my prediction is that independence heights will get a ton of amenities soon

Which will cause Nextdoor to blow up once it's all completed and people realize it's a larger version of the 11th Street road diet.
Can’t wait! ND also had a shit fit with the bike lanes in Montrose. Nothing like like driving into a bollard then blaming the bollard!
I drive in the heights all the time and love the slowed down roads. I hope they’ll seriously consider something like this for main all the way to crosstimbers

Yes Reddit found it here

Gotcha. Very familiar with cdcs. Just unsure why we thought this was associated with another cdc at another address in another part of town.
-
That’s on the other side of town on the other Main Street.
-
Why are you saying it’s Avenue cdc?
-
Is there any way to learn more about who owns a property? These are owned by "North Main CDC" which I can't find any more about. They are slowly taking down the fence around the property.

per hcad, it's owned by property commerce. This is a proposed target at this location.

Their baked goods are pretty good but they get an “F” for friendliness. I stopped going to the one on Studewood…not worth the hassle of parking nearby.
I’ve never been! I’m not a sweets person. I’m just happy so many longer term businesses are relocating up here

sooo exciting! Heights Drive Inn is fantastic. POST across the road is also great. I can't wait for the density to start developing in north heights and cross 610.

not sure if this is the same property
-
i believe this had a "mini storage coming soon" sign on one side (facing 610) and a for sale realtor sign on the other end (facing main)

My gut is telling me they’re going to wait for the other apartments in the area to finish and get occupied before any decisions are made here. Could be over 1k people moving into the apartments on crosstimbers that adjoin this property.
Still listed as a “future project” in the toll brothers 2023 q1 investor update

Uniqlo is an extremely mainstream brand found all over the US and Western Europe. It is a J brand and is the most budget of their offerings. Their higher end brands are Theory and Helmut Lang
a muji is what I’m really waiting for.

Man houston and Harris co were run by a gang of losers, cagle, Ramsey, the last guy Lena beat. And all they did was make themselves rich and give us horrible infrastructure and increase flooding. I’m so glad their power is being limited and they’re losing elections. I am against whitimire and his corrupt cronies and billionaire benefactors. They’re a bunch of stale boomer farts and we need to air out the room. They kept houston and Harris co in the past and I can’t wait for them all to be shown the door.

The former HCC Pinemont campus has been surrounded by fencing and neighbors say the retail center is being demolished.
Previously, we learned that it was owned by the Smart Living apartment complex folks. However, the parcel had been tied up in litigation.
I've been unable to find new info on HCAD or plottracker.
I'll try to get photos soon.
The address may be 1205-1265 Pinemont

It has never been under contract truly. It has always been owned by seratige, an reit established ro managed the last assets of Sears. Seratige has a partnership with toll brothers and the property is listed as a pipeline project and monitored by other threads on this forum.
the news of the target originated here and was cross posted for clout on Reddit and Facebook and now people are circling back to tell us of our own work.
