Designed by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative, the two- and three-story garden style complex at 1800 Spring Stuebner Road will have 332 units with a mix of efficiency, one-, two- and three-bedroom plans. The units, including some townhomes, will range from 552 square feet to 1,705 square feet. Any sign of construction here?
