  1. Can anyone get their hands on the agenda or what was presented? Would be cool to see the contracts that were approved from all the bids taken over the past few months. http://www.houstontx.gov/ecodev/tirz/agendas/21agenda.pdf
  2. My sister just signed a lease at this place. Upon pulling up we both cringed at the skirt as well, but once we got inside for the quick tour and saw the model rooms we were both impressed. The quality and detail is there. And oddly enough, it didn't feel cookie-cutter. Anyway, at 4 grand a month I still think it's absurd. But then again I'm cheap.
  3. Triton, they did indeed start the expansion. A few of the residents on the street have confirmed Burnett will be widened to 4 lanes according to their conversations with some of the construction workers.
  4. If someone has already posted this in the past, I apologize in advance. This was released in early August of 2014 by City Councilman Ed Gonzalez of District H. http://www.edforh.com/2014/08/new-district-h-project-hardy-yards/ There are other project on the website as well including more in 77009 and some in EaDo.
  5. If you're curious to see how much land CR V HARDY YARDS, L.P. owns in the Northside Village area..their last purchase was December 4, 2014 and few others between October - December in 2014 (some which don't reflect on HCAD yet).I doubt it's stopping there too. Makes me wonder what really is to come 10-15 years down the road in the hood.
  6. Summary Details as well as Contact Info at Jones & Carter Inc for the project if anyone feels like reaching out to get solid details.
  7. Phase II: Is the addition of street extensions, signage, sidewalks, "decorative pavement" (whatever that means), and landscaping.
  8. Got some detail on the current work that is going on (approved and given the green light August 14th, 2014 along with approved bids). It's broken up into two phases. Phase I: Drainage (which we already knew). See picture.
  9. Not sure. From briefly speaking with her I think I may have misunderstood or she didn't understand me. We crossed paths today on the street downtown and she happened to mention it. Didn't have much time to chat though. Will get more details soon.
  10. I found out today that a friend of mine is an attorney for the company that's putting it into place. Some of the same folks that got city centre rolling. Will meet her for coffee soon for more details.
  11. How has this been developing? I noticed they removed the chain link fence around a good portion of the site.
  12. http://www.workzonecam.com/projects/amegybank/amegybank/workzonecam In case it hasn't been posted yet. Sorry in advance if it already has been.
