I believe EB5 requires you to invest to build instead of buy it. Buying a condo doesn't grant you anything- 773 replies

Some new international routes I am dreamin, though not all even slightly possible: Air New Zealand: Auckland Iberia: Madrid South African Airways: Johannesburg Etihad: Abu Dhabi Cathy Pacific: Hong Kong China Estern: Shanghai According to United's strategy in Houston, I doubt they will add any new long haul routes like these. The question is does Terminal D has the capacity to handle more international carriers?

Well, it sounds like a new light rail overpass in Houston means Brooklyn bridge to NYC.

Surely it is. Only mathematicians could work there as airport controllers …

it is meaningless to compare how many international carriers fly to these two airport. For example I don't think their is any difference between 2 UA to Tokyo and 1 UA + 1 ANA. Yes you may argue saying codeshare may bring more passengers, but from airport perspective it is not making too much difference. What we should see is AA is definitely placing more weights on DFW comparing to UA on IAH. They added Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong three destination within one year. But what UA has done in the past few years? They simply cut off plan of Auckland and Shanghai due to Southwest planning international service in Hobby. DFW also have Qantas serving Australia, which makes a huge difference. AA also flies to 2 destinations from DFW to Hawaii. I am pleased we are going to build new terminal D, but IAH footprint is so awkward to make any future expansion comparing with DFW.
