    Wow, I can't believe that Commercial Broker didn't make the list (I personally feel that it falls out of the two categories in REA listed ARCH/CON) For now that is what I do, and I am beginning to dabble in the development of Retail Power Centers..

    The Dallas locations opened up really strong. However, the numbers haven't been lately.

    They just recently pulled out of the Houston market, unfortunately they were not ready to compete with Whatabruger. They had a PAD under contract out by Willowbrook Mall, but never pulled the trigger. Bummer! Source: I am a tenant rep restaurant broker.

    Attached in the imgur link you will find an album of the eagle, and baby eagle at Hughes Landing. To the best of my knowledge as a broker, these eagles have not affected the particular phase being constructed right now but may later on in the future. Enjoy! http://imgur.com/a/GoljP
