September 11 Evidence, Official Findings, etc.
democide replied to nonenadazilch's topic in Way Off Topic
It's called a false flag operation, something that all governments of the world do. One example, the 1993 WTC attack was carried out with the knowledge and direction of the FBI. The FBI had an informant working with the terrorists. When the time came to do the bomb, the original plan was to supply fake explosives, but the FBI changed things at the last minute and supplied a real bomb. That was the bomb the terrorists used that killed 6 people, injuring over a thousand. The FBI got away with it, imagine that. Now, did the same sophisticated criminals in the FBI try again, for example, this time placing bombs all over the towers? I for one wouldn't be surprise if that's what happened with what I saw on September 11. -
Market Square Tower: 40-Story High-Rise At 777 Preston St.
democide replied to Urbannizer's topic in Downtown
Thank you for your response, very informative. NIST also agrees that jet fuel does not melt steel, and they adamantly deny that melted steel was found at ground zero, yet we have eyewitnesses who said they saw it, and there is video and photo evidence of it too.- 1,894 replies

Market Square Tower: 40-Story High-Rise At 777 Preston St.
democide replied to Urbannizer's topic in Downtown
Nope, you're wrong. The twin towers had a strong inner core made up of 47 columns. It shared the gravity load with the outer columns. If anything, the top part (above the crash location) should have tipped over. That actually did happened to the south tower. However, as the top part tipped over, the lower part collapsed completely onto itself without that downward force you speak of.- 1,894 replies

I agree, this and many others are on life support. I was thinking, why not market this tower (and the whole city really) as the place that oil built but couldn't use (because it crashed) and now others in different industries can just step in and reap the benefits of what was laid out. There will be plenty of office space to choose from, and a vast amount of great professionals (who are unemployed) to hire. All of it at a discount too!!!

I think it would be better if you bury 59 and lay on top of it all these recreational things. A baseball field east of Minute Maid, then a football and soccer field along the east side of the GRB, or a mini-golf course I suppose. Have it become a sports or recreation district. But whatever happens, let it spark more highrise development east of 59. For the GRB roof, make it a private park/garden to keep the foot traffic light up there.

Parkside Residences: 43-Story Residential High-Rise At 808 Crawford St.
democide replied to largeTEXAS's topic in Downtown
Right, I came up with the same count (40 when looking at the new renderings), but if you count the rendering below, the count is 34. You'll notice it's shorter than the Hess Tower, whereas in the other renderings, they look to be around the same height. I guess these new renderings were held back from us when it was 40 stories. Looks better at 40 if you ask me. Anyways, we'll soon find out in the next quarter, I hope.- 1,224 replies

Houston Potential Projects That Were Never Built
democide replied to Subdude's topic in Houston Neverbuilt
The taller 3 Allen Center was edited out. It wouldn't looked as good with it in the picture, appearing (not by much) in the back. Anyways, this was perfect at 50 stories, even if bland. Damn shame if you ask me. -

If this happens, I'll be happy that this will take 1+ million sq. ft. of floor space out of the market, but not happy that the ugly facade will remain. Anyways, I hope that they include in the improvements (because I'm sure there's things that still need fixing and upgrading) the connection to the tunnel system. Could that raise the rent if they pursue that?

Maybe the implosion compromised the structural integrity (at least in a certain area) of the garage, making it unsafe to have it in operation again. I always thought that is was very risky having one half of it come down in freefall so near to the other half without causing no damage.

BP will be freezing all pay worldwide this year and then I read this: http://www.bizjournals.com/dallas/blog/2015/01/who-wins-in-the-18b-energy-transfer-partners-deal.html?page=all Sounds like BP is in major trouble, and it has been with its court battles, but especially now with oil as low as it is.

This tower is suppose to have tunnel access, correct? If so, would that be by connecting with One Market Square? I'm just wondering if this tower's tunnel access is depended on One Market Square getting build, because it will also have tunnel access by connecting with the block directly south of it (Chronicle building). Could that be delaying this project, if there is that dependency? Also, Hines has know for a while about the proposed One Market Square/International Tower.

Believe it sucka, a bomb exploded first in the north tower before the first plane hit, an audio recording and eyewitnesses support that fact. Many other secondary explosions were also heard the whole time before the buildings were blown up. More on 9/11 the inside job, according to NIST office fires were the primary cause of the total and symmetrical collapse of WTC 7, onto its own footprint in freefall! If you believe that, let me tell you another one. Larry Silverstein admitted to giving the order to "pull it" and down it came! Like I mentioned before, this government will continue to do things like this because even when exposed, they still get away with it.

I remember being very early in class because I had to complete a project due at noon, and I waited until the last day to do it. So I was just too busy working on it, and I remember other students that arrived later mentioning that a plane crashed into a building in New York. I thought it was an accident but felt it was of no consequence because the building would not collapse. At that point, I didn't even know it was one of the twin towers. Anyways, I'm just so busy working like crazy (and needless to say, I aced the project, how can I forget, I felt really good about it) that I didn't see any of the news coverage, until I got home in the evening. I didn't think about it then, like I'm sure many of you still don't, but that was a collapse due to something blowing those buildings into pieces, 3 buildings from two planes. Anyways, there are eye witnesses who were there that day that say a bomb blew up at or below the lobby, and THEN THE FIRST PLANE HIT. You add onto that, a recording made on 9/11 of a business meeting in the north tower backing up that fact, where you can hear a bomb go off, and then like 5 seconds later, you hear a louder sound belonging to the first plane hitting the tower! Wake up folks, this was a staged event by shadow figures in our government. This was a false flag, I mean there were drills going on at the same time this was happening! The evidence is overwhelming, it's a huge pile larger than the WTC debris. I only wish I could have figured it out back them but I was too concern with school at the time.
