What type of parking is there for Madison Square Garden? Must be some. 

I live in on 18th Street, so I have a little dream about a LTR going up 18th to the center of the Heights. Maybe it would become a more urban satellite. Some of my neighbors might reject. 

Is there a map of prospective structures on UH's main campus floating somewhere?

Houston is getting a pretty similar tower on Kirby, am I right? 

So I don't know where to put it, this is the apartment complex on 20th. 

I guess it would be relevant to traffic. 

I think I'd prefer this being a church, and not half parking lot. 

Also, what part of the Heights is not wet now? 

So, what is this? 

I go by this building all the time. I once took refuge under its porch. 

Is it still going to be a church, or is this facelift for the benefit of industry? 

Also, are they going to knock down the attached house on the west side of the property for the benefit of parking spaces? Or did they just forget about it in the rendering? 

I guess, then, Washington would be only figuratively ruined, but literally the Washington rail-route would be a boon for the city? 

People use Washington as a go-to car route to downtown? 

Washington to Hempstead makes sense.

It seems like a street grid. That's good. 

One thing is that Calpine Center is pretty big. For some reason, it's just forgettable.

Yeah, its New Orleansness rings false. 

But it looks solid as a rock. I'm impressed. 

I actually think in absolute terms it's a mess. 

I'm from Pasadena. My grandfather worked in the Bank One Building in the center of the city. Now it's crumbling. There's a topic somewhere on HAIF specifically about it. But it was built by the firm McKie and Kamrath. Karl Kamrath knew Frank Loyd Wright and was one of his adherents. The building has a lot of features that remind one of FLW. I'm biased but I think the building is great looking and I find it sad that the tower has fallen into such disrepair. 

Are we gonna...merge?
