as of today from earlier 05/12/2015 pretty much complete with all the glass.

Noticed today that they have started installing some of the cladding on the East side of the building.  Sorry I didn't get a picture but I was merging on 59/69...in a company car.

 Be careful i know the feeling i finally got a shot of the hamilton and will try to get a pic of central square they are pretty much done with all the glass on the side of 45 not sure how the oppsite side looks

that was fast i also notice the old savoy which is going to be a holiday inn seems to have white curtains in some rooms? haven't heard much about that project but i am sure they are behind

with whole foods on that side an HEB might be good on the opposite side a bit more towards east/eastend 

Speaking of lighting, have 600 Travis' lights been on recently? I noticed them from uptown the other evening when I was checking out Wells going all crazy red and white.

 I was wondering the same thing but I do know that wells is changing colors red and white because of the Rockets

Not sure if this would be here but an idea has come up about if they re route I45 and could create the pierce elevated as a " pierce skypark" interested and to me sounds like a good idea and the article on what could be done below might also be a great thing.

If Capitol Tower ever goes as contemplated, that would fill in another hole.  DT is thickening nicely from many angles.

 That would be a plus and i also wonder if from that angle part of market square tower would also be visible.

Gorgeous shot.  Imagine how beautiful it will look when 609 Main fills in the hole to the left of Chase.

Office had activity when I arrived and I had to wait. An agent and his client (yes, rich white people) whom lived at OPP were there and were ready to make an offer, overheard them asking questions in regards to procedure on this. Brochure I was given has the same info as website.

 They have 2 already sold? i say is going to sell fast i know a lot of people from NYC who now live here and yes they have money but because they are used to that NYC high rise(etc) life style they look for something like this, we shall see.

no doubt this would have been a great addition along with 609 and that potential chevron tower.

and the hamilton is about to reach the same height as the 59 ramp that connects to 45north.

*sigh* another one bites the dust. Would be nice if they could incorporate the original facade into the new design, but I highly doubt it. All I know is if they do plan on demolishing this then they better get this right and it better be an awesome looking building and no some scaled back cheesy crap.
