I read on skyscraper.com that the transit hub was cancelled.  It is such a huge project there is no money for it.  They said they may delay the Tower since it is built into it.  Hopefully not.  Hines is building another beautiful skyscraper.

It will not happened, even New York could not build something in that magnitude, only the Trade Center which building 2 is on hold.  Building 3 just started.  So Dallas is going to build these supertalls?  They could not build that ugly Cowgirls stadium downtown.  It is in wonderful Arlington.  I want the renderings and see the cranes.

Fountain Place is very nice, the best building in Dallas.  it should not be covered up.

Downtown Houston has plenty of cranes.  We are building multiple skyscrapers going up.  I saw one building in Downtown Dallas very nice but 23 floors.  Just wait till you see Houston's skyline it will be flawless.  There is a height limit. Trammel crow 686 feet tall, 1700 Pacific is 655, Thanksgiving Tower is 645. Energy Plaza is 629 feet tall.  So these Turkish developers are building supertalls on the otherside of Bank of America which is for sale?     

I don't believe it there is a height limit to LUV Field.  That is why the buildings are about 600 feet.

Take note: Hines has another property Downtown Houston.  I did not see any cranes in Downtown Dallas.  609 Main is now going upward. Sacramento (SMF) I think he is sleep walking.  I hope he does not fall off his balcony. 

The population of New Zealand is 4 million.  Houston is larger then the whole country.  We all know the population of India that is why they are next to fly to Houston.  We have a large India population and Air India is part of Star Alliance.

Dallas always needs Forth Worth to tighten their ass.  These Turkey investors probably fly Turkish Airlines via IAH because they don't fly to Dallas.  Go H-Town!

I believe it when I see the cranes.  I just got back from Dallas and all the development is outside Dallas.  I cannot believe Toyota America is moving to Plano!  It is so ugly there.  We have all our cranes up with more to come. 

The CEO of Southwest Airlines said so far their Latin America traffic so far is flat.  They are making any money yet.  Once they AirTran buyout is done and Hobby Airport is completed they will slowly add more flights.  This quarter they made over $300 million.  American and United made over $900 million and it will be a big fight once Hobby is completed.  This is so nice to Houston!

I thought ANA would fly here but they do not need to.  United has a hub in Tokyo that connects with ANA codeshare flights and are making good profits.  Tomorrow we will see how much United made for the 3/Q.  Wall Street predicts $2.48 per diluted share.  Which will beat Delta that is why the stock shot up in the last two days.  I think Air India is next.

They need to have it downtown.  You take the rail or a bus don't worry about parking, and there is much more room to see the parade.  I bet a lot of food vendors it s just a better idea.  In Montrose there were fights, people urinated in there yards, nowhere to park.  They are tired of it.  Ray Hill needs to back to jail.  He thinks he is the father of all mess up druggies that keep going in and out of jail. 

They already are a partner, they are just not part of Star Alliance.  You have to send them your boarding passes and receipt to get credit.

Rumor is EVA Air will start service from Taipei (TPE) 07/01/2015 to IAH great news for Houston.  Also connectivity with United since they are a Star Alliance partner.  IAH needs to get busy rebuilding Terminal D.  The other partners are Air Canada, Air China, Lufthansa, SAS, Turkish, Singapore, and Aeromar.  Maybe Air India is next.

Sounds exciting!  It may be behind the Four Seasons Hotel but one block south.  He already has the financing I like most of his work.

Hello, Our neighbor from Mimosa told us today that the owner of the two complexes in question does indeed live in California and has been the owner for some time.  The neighbor said the owner owned the black complex first and more recently purchased the white complex.   The neighbor does not believe that either has been sold.  But the tenants who are being asked to move out told our neighbor that the owner himself wants to develop the property.  The neighbor keeps hearing a gated community of patio homes or townhomes.
