Things are happening in Sugar Land! Storehouse is open, Z Gallerie opens tomorrow, and Chipotle is about to open also.

Have you all driven by lately? With the new shops, new parking garage, and new office building, the place is really looking urban! Sugar Land/First Colony with an urban city center, how cool is that?

I think it's a good tradition but a better one for Texas than Oklahoma. I doubt I'd want to travel to someone else's state every year for my rivalry game.

Add on: I think Reliant Stadium should work with the Aggies and LSU to start a rivalry game in Houston every year. It's about time we got the Aggies back in Houston on a yearly basis.

Does anyone know what stores are going into the newest section of Town Square? The only one I've heard of is Z Gallerie.

I recently heard that Lupe Tortilla is going in at this site. Can anyone confirm that this is the site of BJs or Lupe? Maybe Lupe is on one of the opposite corners.
