bachanon
same project thread although i'm not fond of the design of this complex, nor the extensive use of palm trees in the middle of the pine forest (sheez), i am excited about the new restaurants and future community activities that will be possible because of this project. KatieDidIt
Can't wait for the resturants. But I wonder if there will be enough parking for this facility. 10 acres is not a lot of space.

albertnurick
Even with the scaled-back plans they've still not made progress. Any bets as to whether or not the developer EVER gets this off the ground?

woody_hawkeye
same story back in Chronicle again yesterday... Gotta get out of bankruptcy first. When we see progress, we can assume the developeris out of bankrupcy court. Like everything else, they seem to be over confident. One year? That would be a surprise to me. Maybe there will be evident progress in a few months? I hope so. There has been some cleanup work but I do noit know who is funding that.
