I'm not. A lot of people flooding into those cities. Denver last time I drove through felt a tad crowded. An amazing city, but growth is outpacing development. Atlanta has always been hot. From 2020 to to 2022, Atlanta metro added 132,351 people, Denver added 22,040. Houston added 217,912.
