Or has it closed? I have not visited this part of Midtown in a while. The most recent site plan for Midtown Centre indicates Spotlight Karaoke's 3,700 sf unit is available for lease. Also, the updated site plan shows Les Givral's expansion. The restaurant is expanding, taking over partial space previously occupied by Red Pier. A retail center is located on the property at 2700-2704 Milam St. Listed for lease on Loopnet and Moseley Commercial's website, Midtown Centre was poised for renovations. I don't know if Spotlight Karaoke at 2700 Milam St is rebranding or not, but it's being replaced by Nightingale (or may be named Nightingale Karaoke). 2700 Milam St is located in Midtown Centre.
