A little background: https://www.uth.edu/housing/future-residents/ The Phase I property (7900 Cambridge) was built in 1982 and offers first and second floor units in one, two and three bedroom floor plans. The Phase II property (1885 El Paseo built in 2005) and Phase III property (1885 El Paseo built in 2014) All students, staff and faculty of UTHealth, Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and MD Anderson Cancer Center are encouraged to apply for Phase I and II.
