Try the Offenhauser Co. on the east side, 713 928 2981 or Berger Iron Works near the Heights, 713 869 7386. Though your project might be too small for them they may be able to direct you to another fabricator.

in the back of "atomic ranch" magazine they have a few companies that sell sculptures like the one you want. you can but the magazine at issues on shepherd.
