GrandLakes
We purchased our first home back in July. The house was new construction so the 2006 value was based on the land only. Any idea when the 2007 values will be posted on their website?

westguy76
I recieved a letter in the mail 3 weeks ago from FBCAD. It says I have until may 31 to protest by one of 3 ways. I could return the attached form by mail in which i am asked to check boxes as to reasons why i disagree with the proposal. Or I could wrote a letter to an appraisal officer supporting my claims with evidence that my appraisal is not agrreable or correct. or I can schedule a meeting with an appraisal officer. I am trying to quickly decide what my course of action will be.
