Other than that, the north side of FM 1960 is completely build out. There are small pockets of land for development, but there's no available land for building a master-planned community. That would help.Depending on the order that they build this thing, Barker Cypress probably wouldn't see a large increase in traffic. However, if they extend Skinner later, just building the homes on the southern end of the development first and dumping everyone onto Barker Cypress, that'll blow.
