It's been vacant for as long as I've lived in the area; seems like somewhere people would be tripping over themselves to put something on.... It's been vacant for as long as I've lived in the area; seems like somewhere people would be tripping over themselves to put something on....It was going to be condos (there are pilons (sp?) in the ground if you look through the weeds....)I heard the land is contaminated so they can't build anything on it - but I don't know how reliable that is.....The land is for sale - I just looked at the sign today when I was parked at Buffalo Exchange.
