houstonmacbro
Looking at some tax trust sales in the City of Sweeny and it seems downright affordable compared to some of the same properties closer in.Any thoughts on whether Sweeny will be one of Houston's re-discovered commuter cities?Link to Sweeny: http://www.ci.sweeny.tx.us/index.htm

But...it might just have a future as one of those towns that boomers like to retire to that is both close enough to a major city that they've got entertainment options and far enough away that they feel like they're living in a quaint and inexpensive small town. hbcu
noooo...you take 521 to 288 and then Highway 36.....it's not an easy drive and I doubt it ever gets overly developed...anything along 288 has a better chance
