If you dont support LRT...........

A little humorous, reminds me of the gas pump sign that said regular- arm, plus-leg, premium-first born.

It still doesn't change the fact that there is no way in hell it will get people to work on time. Too slow, too many stops, and too long of a wait for them to tear up streets so they can lay down track and electrical lines. And too many idiots that will run in to the train. Traffic tie-ups come from the majority of people that commute from outside of Houston, and the plan does not consider that. Perhaps an elevated train would be a better idea. You are not wasting money to tear up streets. It doesn't have to look pretty, it just has to work well. "form fits function" did not enter metros thoughts when they planned this. I am so glad that I don't live in the city because if I did, I would be pretty pissed off knowing that my taxes pay their salaries.
