We began in River Oaks, with this mod that is not in the guide. In fact, most of the mods in the post, with the acception of the Tiel Way homes, are not in the guide. The one above has been around for a while and is located on Kirby. This house is visible from 2435 Pine Valley Drive, but is not included in the guide. I'm almost positive that it's been there longer. Apologies if the perspective looks weird, but it's a panorama. Blurry sideview. River Oaks Patrol showed up and I had to stow the camera.
