Kim, I am pretty sure both myspace sites are the same dork.

ThaProphecy from the Kingwood forums also says that the Myspace accounts belong to the same guy:

"ok, i kinda knew that kid josh and i know most of the dudes he hangs out wit. I've played basketball wit them before and knew them from other stuff. Oh and both of those myspace pages that were posted are both his. He must have abandoned one and was currently on the other one."

Now that first Myspace profile (htownbjosh52 ) was set to private... the second one (bigjosh52), though, is still visible.

I am sure the police have locked it down, to investigate the "Chuckie" references on there and to gather info. from the folks who are his "friends" on there. It was a very disturbing looking My Waste site.

I'm opening up a can of worms, but this guy should be hung. And i don't mean from the neck.

I bet he's going to get life in prison.

Since he was 17 at the time of the murder, he is not eligible for the death penalty.

Previous to the 2005 Roper v. Simmons decision, Texas death sentences could be given to 17-year olds. But after the decision, death sentences may only be given to people who were 18 or older at the time of the crime.

As for the Tom and Jerry cough syrup image, I posted it on 4chan's /b/ (Random) page - and included links to the blogs and the ABC13 news article.

Well, I got this image in response: http://img.4chan.org/b/src/1166304346217.jpg

OK

What this kid, this young man did is horrifying.

What kind of monster could perform such an act?

So... here's the question: at what age is a person responsible?

For murder?

For sex?

For a credit card?

Or to serve in the military?

Or get married?

At what point do we stop protecting children, and start holding them responsible?

And is it the same time as these other aspects?
