wendyps
My company is doing (what I think) a great idea with their chairitable giving...they have divided up a sum among the employees to do with at their discretion. As long as it is a 501©(3). My question to this group, is what chairity do you think would benefit most from such a donation? I am looking for a small group (not United Way, or Depelchin, or Komen, which are all great but have lots of advertising $$'s already). I would also like it to be local, and go directly benefit a group of people. Are there any smaller chairities out there, project row houses, is one i'm thinking of... that you would recommend with this kind of discretion?p.s. been away from the forum for about 3 weeks (I actually work now instead of cruising the internet :>) and I MISS you all!!!! how weird is that!!!!
