gto250us Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 Some work has been going on at the abandoned Police Garage on Washington Ave. They are scratching up the dirt around the old abandoned building. Anyone know what they are doing? That is a prime piece of property. It would be nice the the city would move both the fire department and police garages to another location. But, I don't think that is in the cards. Quote

gto250us Posted November 6, 2006 Author Posted November 6, 2006 Look like the place. I wonder what is going in there. Next door is a coffee distributor and the proximity to the cops means that a doughnut factory may be going in. Quote
Guest danax Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 Another prime Moderne building soon becoming another prime townhouse site? Such an interesting and historic structure but possibly impractical to convert into something economically viable. Shame. Quote
