I know its Cy-Fair school dist. and that's good, but I'm wondering about statistics, crime, re-sale value, etc.Specifically, I am looking at getting a townhome in the Villages of Langham Creek or Langham Creek condos.Good area / bad area?thanks! When she bought, there were lots of recent college grads, newlyweds, etc. About six months after she bought, the developer started running "Zero Down" move ins and the quality of the people moving in went way down, with multiple families living in one townhome, cars parked all over the streets, etc. She ended up selling after a couple of years at a loss because she wanted out of the neighborhood. That was a couple of years ago, so it may have changed. I just looked on har.com and there were several foreclosures listed, so those may be a decent deal for the price in that area, but the ones for $115K? No way.
