According to a Dallas Police report obtained by news 8, Dallas Cowboys star receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide Tuesday night. The report also says that Owens was depressed and reportedly took prescription pain pills. A woman companion observed him putting two pills in his mouth. The woman says the prescription of 40 pills was filled on September 18th and until yesterday he'd taken only five pills. According to the police report, Owens was asked if he'd taken the rest of the prescription. Owens said yes. According to the report, police also asked if he was trying to harm himself. Owens answered yes. Terrell Owens was treated at Baylor University Medical Center
Now the reports are a little shaky but this is very sad, like him or not he is a living person and he (if true) needs help.

No offense to T.O., but I'd probably be suicidal too if I played for Dallas  Wasn't he the same dude who dissed Dallas by doing a touchdown dance on the Star logo midfield? Then he wakes up oneday and BOOM, tough actin' Tinactin, he looks in the mirror and sees himself wearing a Cowboys uniform because few other teams offered the pay Jerry Jones did?

What he needs is to come to TMC and get treated here. Then he can see how poorly the Texans have been playing, realize he doesn't have it so bad, then go to Lakewood Church for some spiritual healing, then go to Gallery Furniture and buy a new bed with a posteurpedic mattress, then go to T.V. Jewelry and buy himself a $30,000 grill, then walla, he'll be ready to recieve over 150 recieving yards against the Texans in a couple weeks...

DALLAS -- Terrell Owens' publicist is vehemently dening a report that the Cowboys receiver tried to commit suicide Tuesday night.

Lt. Rick Watson, a Dallas police spokesman, said at a media briefing Wednesday morning that "a medical situation" had occurred and that there is no investigation.

He declined to answer questions or to verify the accuracy of the police report, although he did pass out heavily redacted copies. "He will be leaving the hospital today," Etheredge said. "He is fine."

That Owens was groggy and lethargic was the reason Etheredge called 911 in the first place.

Etheredge said Owens was in pain stemming from the fractured right hand, suffered against Washington two weeks ago.

He underwent surgery to have a plate and three pins placed in the hand last Monday.

Cowboys coach Bill Parcells said at the time that Owens was having a bad reaction to the pain medication.

Etheredge said Owens experienced more pain and discomfort on Tuesday.

He took some pain pills and did some "microcurrent" treatment.

She said he also took some supplements and "it kicked in a reaction."

"When I went to grab him, he was out of it," Etheredge said. "That

Conflicting reports now. Supposedly, Owens will have a press conference soon, but even that might not shed truth on the matter.

Man, ESPN can't stop talkin' about it.

But yeah, the raw police report and the publicist stories conflict. But it's no big deal. He's still alive and gonna try to be ready for Sunday. Story over.

It will be fun to see him play the Eagles, I guess. Yeah?
