Trae
North would be Williamsburg Settlement (same creators that made Nottingham).South would be the Kelliwood/Nottingham communities.

mrfootball
We're talking about Katy, right? Outside Hwy 6?
PureAuteur
The original homes near Katy High School, just north of I-10, have some older trees. As far as what area or neighborhood is the most wooded, I'd say none of them, because Katy is all flat prairie and farmland on both the north and south side. However, there are some wooded neighborhoods which are not in Katy proper but are zoned to Katy Taylor H.S. that are wooded because they are on the edge of where the wooded areas of West Houston/Memorial area end. mrfootball
I think Thornwood, Fleetwood or Barkers Landing - all of which are in the West Memorial area.
The Great Hizzy!
I don't know... Nottingham and Kelliwood are pretty thick with trees south of I-10. North of I-10... I can't think of much that really stands out.
westguy76
The heart of cinco ranch as well. Probably South Lake Village
ScottP
Pine Forest in old Katy has tons of trees, hence the name, I guess.
Trae
Yeah, the older parts of Cinco Ranch, then Kelliwood and Nottingham have lots of trees. North Katy has little parcels of wooded areas (much like what you see in Cypress until you get north of 290). Katy proper has many, many trees. mrfootball
What is the neighborhood right next to the gated club and other side of the Addicks Reserve off of Barker Cypress?
Trae
I don't know what it is called, but they have some nice homes there. Katy I.S.D., and real forested. That whole area around Mayde Creek is nicely forested.
soifan
What is the neighborhood right next to the gated club and other side of the Addicks Reserve off of Barker Cypress? You're speaking of Deerfield Village - it reminds me very much of Nottingham Country (trees, houses, and all).
