I think the agent is holding it open most weekends. It isn't a mod, but a one-owner with everything real original and in perfect condition. (Lousy pictures on HAR) For somebody who wants that original 50's look its a good one. Its on Glenvalley, just south of Santa Elena. around $185k. I assume it is no longer being shown today?12922 FIGARO is a very nice house and huge lot (backs up to mine)... but I've been told they are very firm on thier numbers. Just came accross this forum as I am researching Houston and will be moving there as soon as my current house sells. And purchasing an MCM to be restored to glory days. Our prefered area is Memorial Bend, my wife really loves 12922 and I had called the listing agent on the 12922 Figaro property last week and told it was pending. If anyone has any more info on the status of this one please let me know. As well if anyone knows of someone who is thinking of selling, please contact me!
