Lot size 187,787 sq foot . I think it belongs to UT Houston. Thats a whole lotta money! Got to be someone already known - Developer/Business.I know some years ago HISD was trying to put a school there for deliquents but neighborhood opposition stopped it. I just purchased a residential property very close by, I'm hoping nothing unsavory is going to happean with the land there.Appreciate any info you have.
