In fact, it's more through 002 Mag that I'v come to realize how deep and longterm the townhome construction boom in Houston will probably be. That market seems incredibly hot.The Rice Millitary, West End and Warehouse District areas could stand to be more proactive and work with the city to start redoing the streetscapes to take advantage of this.
