Montrose1100
Think it will be the next 1960? The Growth and Developement (office, retail, etc.) is amazing!!
mrfootball
I haven't been out there in months, but it certainly is ripe for development. Probable, as this city continues to grow in concentric rings.Look at Louetta now...30 or 35 years ago, the Galleria area was considered "country"...so yes, I definitely think that'll happen. Is 2920 part of the new Grand Parkway?

TheNiche
Think it will be the next 1960? The Growth and Developement (office, retail, etc.) is amazing!!For that matter, Magnolia Parkway (FM 1488) is sprouting lots of new development. I've spoken with commercial brokers that swear that that's what 1960 looked like twenty to thirty years ago.
pineda
Is 2920 part of the new Grand Parkway? At one time, it was. In the "current hypothetical plan", it's not. Who knows where it will finally end up?
