South Main Windsor Village: Proposed Condominiums On South Main St.

A Realtor told me this today, which doesn't mean anything, but I thought I'd run it by the gang. She says that the pastor of Windsor Village church and President Bush are planning on tearing down some motels somewhere on S. Main and are going to "build a bunch of condos".

It just seems odd that Bush would be involved in real estate development. I found this old HAIF topic and am wondering if she's possibly hearing someone's confused version of this project.

Anyone know?

I know they're pretty good friends with Kirbyjohn Caldwell. Might be one of the faith-based initiatives he ran on but never did anything about once he got into office.

Should be interesting.

Bust 43, I'm assuming. She said "Pres" so I accepted her Bush without further probing.

Bust 41 is too old to be getting excited about building condos.
