Details from the plan reviewing fee: Use: Buildout, restaurant FCC Group: Non-residential alteration As noted in above posts, Love Croissants is opening a pastry shop and cafe at this location. The croissant bakery is from Chef Omar Pereney. Currently, Love Croissants is located in Midtown at 2808 Caroline St. Cisneros Design Studio is designing Love Croissants' forthcoming Shady Acres location.
